关于给予*** Banda同学退学处分的通报

    兹有*** Banda，学号：9150680052，向学校做出书面缴费承诺，但一直未能履行承诺。根据《浙江科技学院来华留学生管理规定》，给予退学。希望其他同学引以为戒，自觉遵守学校规章制度，及时履行自己的各项承诺。
